Trail of 10 Falls, Write this down, because you must go!

We stumbled upon this park and trail, and we are so glad that we did. I don't know how this isn't a national park. I found myself forgetting I wasn't in Florida anymore and thinking I was just walking through a disney theme park or something. It was crazy. It was so beautiful, lush and green- it did not seem real.

This is located just outside Silverton, Oregon at Silver Falls State Park. Anyone that wants a beautiful, nature filled visit- must visit Oregon and this park must be on the list. Not to mention that the town of Silverton is SO cute. If it was snowy I would have been convinced I was in a hallmark Christmas movie. That is the vibe of the town. Also, there happens to be a ton of Christmas tree farms right outside of downtown. Maybe they actually DO film hallmark movies there? I need to look that up.🤔 lol

Anyway, on to Trail of 10 Falls...

We got to the park around 3pm hoping to have missed the crowd. It was memorial day weekend, and we heard it can get pretty busy. When we arrived the parking lot was pretty packed, but not too bad. The full 10 fall trail is almost 8 miles. We decided to start the trail the opposite direction that most people do, in hopes we will have less people. by the end of it..it worked!

We hiked 8 miles through the beautiful park, enjoying SO much lush greenery, and not 1, not 5 but 10 waterfalls!!! It was amazing. It took us about 3.5 hours to complete with stops and pictures and MAN was it worth it. By the end of the trail we were the only ones there.

Enjoy the pictures and videos below ( although I don't think they can even do it justice. You have to see in person), and BOOK this trip!!!
